As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will support our clients in the implementation, further development, and optimization of modern enterprise service management solutions based on the ServiceNow platform.
- You will analyze our clients' requirements and translate business requirements into tailored ServiceNow solutions
- You will configure and implement ServiceNow applications
- You will conduct workshops, gather requirements, and advise our clients on ServiceNow best practices
- You will work closely with solution architects and developers to implement scalable and future-proof platform solutions
- You'll assist with testing, user acceptance testing UAT, training, and go-live activities
- You'll actively contribute to the further development of our implementation methods, templates, and consulting standards
