Data & Analytics Lead

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the Data & Analytics team in a dynamic startup environment focused on medical cannabis.
• Developing and implementing a data strategy to optimize and scale our data infrastructure.
• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to derive strategic recommendations for management and support product development and market launches.
• Identifying and leveraging business opportunities through the analysis of patient and market data.
• Monitoring, improving, and ensuring data quality and integrity while complying with regulatory and healthcare data protection requirements.
• Implementing and utilizing advanced analytical techniques, including AI and machine learning methods.
• Creating and managing reports and dashboards to support company leadership.
• Collaborating with various departments to develop data-driven business strategies.
• Training and promoting data literacy within the organization.
• Managing budgets and resources for the Data & Analytics department.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in Data & Analytics, ideally in a leadership role within a startup or the healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing data strategies and analytical methods.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and technologies (e.g., MS Power BI, Snowflake, Python, AI, and Machine Learning).
• Familiarity with the specific requirements and regulations in healthcare, particularly in the medical cannabis sector, is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A structured, goal-oriented approach to work.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• High level of responsibility, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
• Affinity for new technologies and data-driven innovations.
