Your Role:
As the Director/Head of Data & Analytics, you will lead our data team in a dynamic medical cannabis startup. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy to optimize and scale our data infrastructure.
- Analyzing complex datasets to provide strategic recommendations to the executive team and support product development and market launch initiatives.
- Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities through the analysis of patient and market data.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity while adhering to healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Implementing and leveraging advanced analytics techniques, including AI and machine learning.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, particularly within the medical cannabis industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
