JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGER (F/M/D)
As a Junior Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will support our Marketing & Brands team in the operational implementation of our marketing measures for our brands avaay and ZOIKS. Through your creativity and organizational skills, you will contribute to strengthening our brand presence and successfully positioning our products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that our marketing materials are consistent and effective.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Content Planning & Communication
- Support in content planning for all marketing channels and platforms.
- Main contact person for the coordination and communication with our Creative Team regarding marketing materials and content.
- Support of external content platforms.
- Creation of briefings and ensuring the tone of voice for marketing materials.
Newsletter & Merchandising
- Coordination and support of newsletter marketing (B2B & B2C).
- Operational responsibility for the avaay & ZOIKS Merch-Shop.
- Entering new articles into systems (such as Shopify, Xentral & Zenfulfillment).
- Sending merch packages to influencers & external partners.
- Implementation of re-orders and coordination of merch shootings with our Creative Team.
Go-To-Market & Customer Service
- Coordination with Customer Service (e.g. in case of customer dissatisfaction, missing packages, etc.).
- Support of the go-to-market process (stakeholder management for the creation of documents for product launches & relaunches).

- You bring first experiences in the field of marketing & brand management – be it through an internship, as a working student or through your own creative projects.
- You have a very good feel for language and can confidently check texts for spelling and grammar and easily refine them.
- You are a true organizational talent and always keep track of several projects.
- Communication is your strength – you like to coordinate, work across teams and have a feel for the right words.
- Your interest in the medicinal cannabis market drives you to discover new trends and help shape innovative marketing strategies.
- Team spirit is a matter of course for you – you appreciate the exchange with others and enjoy working in a creative environment.
- You speak fluent German and can also communicate well in English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Sound knowledge and experience in (brand) marketing.
- Marketing experience in regulated markets.
- Knowledge of programs such as Shopify, Xentral and Zenfulfillment.
- Creative mindset (visual and textual).
