Responsibilities
- Drive talent analytics to provide real‑time insights and partner with the business to streamline hiring.
- Conduct in‑depth behavioural talent interviews and provide actionable insights.
- Build relationships with global stakeholders to deliver on the hiring agenda.
- Generate data‑driven insights to support robust decision making.
- Consider the employer brand and candidate experience.
- Review and streamline hiring processes and tools for continuous improvement.
- Work with external partners to maximize return on investment.
- Advance diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors in a Psychology‑based subject.
- Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting.
- Data‑driven mindset with actionable metrics.
- Strong analytical problem‑solving using SQL, Python, or advanced statistics.
- Appreciation for psychometric assessments and behavioural interviewing.
- Strong personal organization and self‑drive for remote work.
- Willingness to travel 2‑4 times a year for up to two weeks each.
Other Desired Skills
- Headhunting experience and coaching senior leadership.
- Statistical significance testing and Bayesian inference or predictive analytics/ML.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, Superset.
- Understanding of psychometric validity and reliability metrics.
