Maintaining this knowledge as policies and procedures evolve. /liliComplete all assigned training and policy attestations in a timely manner. /liliCalculating dealing prices in accordance with the Company’s pricing policy. /liliRecording all brokerage deals in accordance with the Company’s settlements and Operations requirements. /liliRaising the profile of the desk. /liliMaintain fitness and propriety to become and/or continue to be an approved person with the FCA’s approved persons regime, if required. /liliAttend and contribute in all team meetings as required by the desk head or other manager. /liliBe alerted to Conduct Risk issues, specifically the risk of harm to client interests, market integrity and/or competition in financial markets due to inappropriate practices or behaviours across the firm. /li /ulh3Key contacts/working relationships /h3ulliLiaising with clients, traders and financial institutions in London and the rest of Europe or globally as required. /liliSecuring business through and improving relationships with existing contacts. /liliDeveloping relationships with new clients in the financial markets, thus increasing the Company’s client base. /liliContribute to brokerage agreement negotiations as required. /liliEntertaining and making personal contacts with existing and potential customers. /liliKey outputs and key performance indicators /liliGenerate at least the minimum amount of revenue as set out in the individual employment contract. /liliAttesting to and demonstrating sound understanding of all regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis. /liliActively contribute to the work of the desk, being a team player and ensuring the Company’s needs are at the forefront of all activities undertaken on the desk. /li /ulh3Technical Ability /h3ulliA high level of product and market knowledge to provide a professional and profitable service to the Company’s clients /liliComputer literacy, with extensive knowledge of market data /liliFirm understanding of compliance regulations and FCA requirements, including specific understanding of market practice and compliance regulations in relation to product. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5+ years' trading experience at a local bank /liliExperience carrying out transactions in REPO/Reverse REPO, FX Swap, FX Forward, Money Market, OIS in Turkish Lira in addition to FX Derivatives and Fixed Income Products /li /ulh3Client Relationships /h3ulliAbility to identify client needs in Turkish Lira and EMFX products /liliAbility to attract, entertain and do business with new and existing clients /li /ulh3Problem Solving /h3ulliDemonstrable mathematical knowledge and /liliExcellent numeracy skills /li /ulh3Communication Skills /h3ulliExcellent negotiation skills, able to influence others to achieve a successful outcome /liliClear and confident verbal and written skills /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
