- Work on ranking and relevance systems for private, team, and brand content search.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from problem framing to shipped impact.
- Collaborate with Backend Engineers on ElasticSearch and Vector Search databases.

- Hands-on experience building and shipping ML systems in production, especially in search or ranking.
- Ability to define and move metrics like relevance, recall, and ranking quality.
- Autonomy and comfort with ambiguity as surfaces and needs evolve.
