As a Banking Business Analyst specializing in Data Migration, you will play a vital role in supporting our client´s Migration Processes and Platforms. This includes analyzing critical dependencies, managing stakeholders, and planning activities to ensure smooth transitions for Corporate Clients and Wealth Management Clients. Your primary focus will be to leverage deep migration experience, banking product expertise, and exceptional communication skills to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining client trust and addressing business impacts. YOUR CAPCO DAY Collaborate closely with the Migration Platform Management teams to analyze weekly changes and address impacts of client shifts between migration events, including root cause analysis, business implications, and contractual dimensions.Serve as a key liaison between various stakeholders, such as Wealth Management, Private Banking and Institutional Clients.Define and clarify the scope of migration events, working collaboratively across all stakeholders.Perform scope monitoring and closely follow up with various source systems and teams on tasks and deliverables.Resolve migration-related queries ensuring timely issue resolution during migration activities.Actively address and resolve open topics and findings during migration events.Develop the program management layer, including detailed planning and backward scheduling from migration milestones.Facilitate daily synchronization calls, including agenda management, presenting updates, and tracking open items.Support the development and tracking of runbooks and customer data levels.Provide updates on key activities and support governance meetings for the program. YOUR CAPCO-FIT Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a strong understanding of Corporate Banking and Wealth Management products.Proven experience in data migration projects, including a full lifecycle understanding of the associated risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Proficient in Excel for slicing and dicing client data types and dependencies to produce insightful analysis.Exceptional communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across business units, delivery teams, and external partners. Ability to handle challenging conversations and align competing priorities while maintaining strong collaboration.Working under pressure displaying resilience and thriving in high-pressure environments.Agility and ability of self-navigating skills when dealing with ambiguous or evolving project needs.Ability to work jointly with incumbent players to ensure mutually beneficial results.Fluency in English and German is required, any other language is a plus.
