Overview
In this role, you drive enterprise data strategies for major financial institutions, shaping transformation programs and data governance across banking, insurance, and investment sectors. You own the transformation agenda, defining propositions, leading complex engagements, and guiding cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable data capabilities. You’ll advance data governance, analytics, and AI adoption while mentoring the next generation of data leaders. This is a high-impact, strategy-to-execution leadership position within Capco’s data practice.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and operationalise enterprise data strategies enabling business transformation
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements on governance, literacy, quality, regulatory response, and analytics-driven decision-making
- Shape market propositions in data consulting, including AI adoption and cloud-based data platforms
- Drive process modernisation across business analysis, technical design, and long-term optimisation
- Build trusted senior stakeholder relationships to influence strategic decisions and secure follow-on mandates
- Scale data capabilities across internal teams and client organisations with consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and internal innovation initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of senior-level consulting experience in financial services with a data strategy focus
- Proven expertise across the full data lifecycle with frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, or CDMC
- Practical experience in enterprise data transformation and modern data management solutions
- Experience in business development from proposition design to pipeline growth and client management
- Hands-on involvement in agile consulting projects and ability to tackle complex analytical challenges
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
