YOUR CAPCO DAY

• Lead the design and implementation of Dataiku-based data analytics and machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies, integrating Dataiku into enterprise ecosystems, and establishing effective data pipelines and workflows.
• Develop scalable data models, ETL processes, and best practices for data preparation, transformation, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership in Dataiku project workflows, API integrations, and customizations to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct requirements engineering sessions to gather and refine business and technical needs, translating them into actionable solutions within Dataiku.

YOUR CAPCO FIT

• Proven experience in data architecture, data modelling, and ETL development, with a strong focus on implementing Dataiku solutions.
• Solid understanding of data governance, machine learning workflows, and metadata management concepts.
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to align technical solutions with broader business strategies and goals.
• Consulting mindset, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to dynamic client environments, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft efficient and scalable data solutions. Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other Dataiku-supported technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in German is a significant advantage for effective collaboration in multilingual environments.
