You will focus on the functional configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of Temenos Securities and related Temenos Core / Transact capabilities. Working across securities operations, business analysis, architecture, and technology, you will translate business requirements into robust configuration solutions supporting highly automated front-to-back trade processing, settlement, position management, custody, and asset servicing. /p h3YOUR CAPCO DAY /h3 ul liConfigure securities products, instrument and processing parameters, transaction rules, settlement instructions, fees and commissions, custody and position settings, exception handling, and asset-servicing parameters within Temenos Securities. /li liTranslate business and operational requirements into functional designs, configuration workbooks, parameter specifications, and implementation-ready solutions aligned with the target architecture and Temenos standards. /li liPerform fit-gap and impact analyses, promoting configuration-first solutions and identifying where controlled extensions, interfaces, or data changes are required. /li liSupport end-to-end securities processing across order and trade capture, confirmation, settlement, position maintenance, custody, income events, corporate actions, and related cash movements for multiple asset classes. /li liApply strong knowledge of equities, fixed income, funds, ETFs, and structured products, together with post-trade standards and market practices including SWIFT, ISO 20022, settlement status handling, and straight-through processing. /li liCollaborate with architects and integration teams on interfaces between Temenos and front-office platforms, brokers and trading venues, custodians and CSDs, market and reference data providers, payments, compliance controls, general ledger, and reconciliation platforms /li liDefine and review functional test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and provide hands‑on support during system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and end-to-end securities lifecycle validation. /li liAnalyse defects and production‑like issues, trace configuration, reference‑data, position, and transaction‑flow root causes, coordinate remediation with functional and technical teams, and validate fixes through structured retesting. /li liSupport configuration promotion, release preparation, migration and cutover activities, go‑live readiness, hypercare, and the creation of operational runbooks and support documentation. /li liFacilitate workshops with securities operations, product owners, portfolio and investment teams, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, finance, and control functions to clarify requirements and resolve design decisions. /li liCoordinate closely with Temenos, implementation partners, custodians, market‑data providers, and internal delivery teams, managing configuration dependencies and ensuring consistency across environments and related workstreams. /li liContribute to configuration governance, documentation standards, knowledge transfer, and capability building so that securities solutions remain maintainable after implementation. /li /ul h3YOUR CAPCO FIT /h3 ul liAt least 7 years of experience in banking technology, securities operations, wealth management, or core banking transformation, including substantial hands‑on responsibility for configuration and implementation activities. /li liAt least 4 years of practical experience with Temenos, ideally including Temenos Securities and Temenos Core / Transact, with participation in at least two implementation, upgrade, or major transformation programmes. /li liStrong functional knowledge of the securities lifecycle, including trade processing, settlement, positions, custody, and asset servicing, preferably in private‑banking, wealth‑management, or securities‑services environments. /li liProven ability to configure and troubleshoot Temenos Securities products and parameters across transaction processing, settlement, positions, custody, fees and commissions, exceptions, and asset‑servicing processes. /li liStrong understanding of multi‑asset securities processing, corporate actions, income events, settlement and custody concepts, SWIFT and ISO 20022 messaging, static and reference data, and straight‑through processing. /li liWorking knowledge of APIs, message and file interfaces, market and reference data integration, reconciliation, accounting integration, and batch processing; SQL or comparable data‑analysis skills are an advantage. /li liDemonstrated experience working in complex banking or wealth‑management programmes with multiple business, technology, vendor, custodian, and implementation‑partner stakeholders. /li liStructured problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate complex securities requirements into practical, testable, and maintainable Temenos configurations. /li liComfortable working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, taking ownership of deliverables from requirements and design through testing, release, and post‑go‑live stabilization. /li liProfessional fluency in English (C1 level or equivalent), including the ability to produce clear functional and technical documentation. /li liGerman proficiency at B2 level or higher is strongly preferred for client‑facing collaboration in Switzerland. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
