Overview
In this role you drive the design and evolution of Management Reporting and MIS for multiple banking domains. You’ll bridge business, data, and IT to translate requirements into actionable reporting solutions and KPIs. You’ll guide client projects, support development of Capco’s Banking Consulting capabilities, and help modernize MIS landscapes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with high exposure to stakeholders and a strong impact on reporting quality and decision support.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Advise banks on MIS development and reporting landscapes
- Own functional analysis across Business, Data, and IT
- Define and harmonize banking KPIs for multiple banking domains
- Translate complex requirements into functional concepts and reporting logic
- Analyze and optimize reporting processes and data journeys
- Lead workshops with senior stakeholders
- Support testing, KPI validation, and implementation of new reporting solutions
- Contribute to client development and project management initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5–6+ years in consulting or within a private bank
- Strong experience in Reporting and Management Information Systems
- Deep knowledge of Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management
- Experience as Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in regulatory or transformation projects
- Excellent knowledge of banking KPIs, management reporting, and sales steering
- Experience working with Business, Data, and IT stakeholders
- Workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and structured approach with consulting skills
- Fluency in German and English
