In this role you will help financial services clients turn complex business and technology challenges into practical, decision-ready solutions at the intersection of Business, IT, Data, CRM and Architecture. You will contribute to transformation and data initiatives, shaping requirements into concepts and user stories. You collaborate across business, IT and project teams to improve data landscapes and processes, reducing complexity while delivering value. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into concepts, specifications, user stories and decision materials
- Contribute to transformation, data, master data and CRM initiatives
- Work across Business, IT, Data, CRM and Architecture with architects and stakeholders
- Assess system landscapes, architectures, data flows, governance and quality to find practical improvement opportunities
- Develop pragmatic solutions that align business and technology needs
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, IT Consultant or Requirements Engineer with around three or more years in financial services or enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of system landscapes, application architectures, data flows, master data, CRM processes, data quality, governance and process optimization
- Ability to understand complex topics, structure requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across Business, IT, Data, CRM and project teams
- Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2 or above)
