The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Réindustrialisation de composants horlogers selon les gammes standards du flux
- Piloter les projets Produit (principalement SAV) et vie série
- Initier et animer les séances d’échanges nécessaires au bon déroulement de ses projets
- Administrer les données techniques associées aux projets en accord avec les standards
- Traiter les écarts aux gammes standards
- Participer à la phase de convergence avec les Méthodes Etudes
- Collaborer avec les équipes multi-métiers du périmètre
- Gestion des activités en cohérence avec les missions et indicateurs du flux
- Garantir la robustesse des données techniques et respecter les process d’entreprise
Qualifications
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets industriels et la coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires
- Expérience cumulée dans la gestion de projets portant spécifiquement sur des produits horlogers ou des composants d’habillage
- Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel (B2)
- Expertise technique sur l’industrialisation du produit (capacité à s’approprier rapidement le périmètre)
- Connaissance du métier d’industrialisation produit-process
- Connaissance des outils Windchill et PLM
