Your Role
As a Knowledge Graph Engineer/Architect (f/m/d), you will be part of our Insights & Data team, which carries out software engineering and consulting projects in the field of data science, analytics and artificial intelligence.
The focus of your activities will be on the design and integration of graph technologies in modern overarching solution architectures.
You will develop solutions and lead delivery teams.
- As part of our delivery teams, you will actively develop graph-based end-to-end products, including modeling and integration for end users.
- You will advise customers on how to find efficient solutions, derive insights and create project-related data products.
- You will model semantic models as the foundation of based graph applications using established standards and methodologies.
- The professional application of programming languages, with a focus on Python in a productive environment, is one of your everyday tasks.
- You will interact with all forms of graph databases (RDF & LPG) using the optimal query language.
- You will constantly develop through continuous learning and use your open mindset to try out new innovative approaches and spread them as a thought leader both internally and externally.
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics or a comparable degree.
- Many years of experience in the development of applications in the field of semantics and graph technologies and the mastery of at least one modern programming language, preferably Python.
• Sound knowledge of Graph specific concepts
- Use of the Semantic Stack and LPG (e. g. Neo4j), including query languages such as Cypher, SPARQL, Gremlin and APIs
- Data integration and mapping in graphs, e. g. via RML
- Use of algorithms and graph data science
- Reasoning/inference and validation, e. g. using SHACL
- Graph Visualization, Linked Data and Graph RAG
- Experience in modeling ontologies using tools.
- Experience in leading and collaborating in interdisciplinary, cross-technology project teams, an IT architecture mindset and a desire to adapt to other technologies and methods and to design solutions in an integrative way.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders in business-fluent German, as well as very good English.
- Project-related willingness to travel for advice to the customer.
