Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex customer challenges, lead ServiceNow project management for Executive-Level clients, and bring ServiceNow expertise into play.
What You Will Do
You will accompany and lead ServiceNow transformation projects, support clients in translating strategic requirements into a ServiceNow roadmap, and develop products and services to be market-oriented.

Requirements
- University degree
- Several years of relevant professional experience with budget responsibility
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- ServiceNow project management experience
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS)
- Ability to apply ServiceNow own methods (e.g. Now Create)
- Sales track record from the offer phase to securing project assignments
- High IT affinity
- Good German and English skills
- Flexibility and travel readiness
