Analyst, Debt Capital Markets

Our client, a Global Bank, are currently seeking an Analyst for their Debt Capital Markets team based in Frankfurt.

This role is to cover Corporate clients across the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, originate, structure and execute capital markets transactions for approved products.
• Execution of transactions from origination to placement, including reviewing legal documents, dealing with rating agencies, exchanges, and speaking to institutional investors (also Syndicate and Sales).

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year\’s experience in Debt Capital Markets.
• Understanding of company financial statements.
• Ability to produce bond pricing, rating criteria, and basic methodology.
• Experience in preparing slide presentations and delivering to clients.
