Overview
Independent trustee company based in Switzerland and specialised in trust set-up and administration services
Responsibilities
- Manage a mix portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, private trust companies) for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups
- Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries and internal contacts to maximise client retention
- Work directly with the end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures
- Implementation of fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors
- Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business
- Take part in events as a speaker, if needed
- Provide support to Legal and Compliance Office
- Stay up-to-date with the regulations and trends in the industry
Qualifications
- Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clientele exposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining a senior position
- Strong knowledge of Trust instrument, its application and benefits
- Good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style
- Well organised and ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure
- Outgoing personality and confident to speak to end clients
- Capacity to understand both clients\' and our firm\'s needs
- Team player, open-minded and pragmatic
