Tasks
- Increase the Company’s market visibility and recognition of its international trust business within the global wealth management community across LATAM with special focus on Brasil.
- Development of professional relationship with third parties (lawyers, bankers, chartered accountants, tax advisors and so on) active in financial markets of LATAM and in particular Brasil.
- Support the team in managing wealth planning of existing client in Brasil and LATAM.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in Brasil
- Business experience of at least three years in Trust and Wealth Planning for HNWI.
- Working experience in a Trust company or Law firm specialized in private clients and or Single/Multi-family offices.
- Familiar with HNWI wealth planning, in particular with real estate and shipping.
- Familiar with legal aspects of private investments, real estate transactions and corporate holdings, including drafting contracts and conducting due diligence and regulatory compliance.
- Familiar with wealth planning and inheritance consultancy for sportsman.
- Fluent in English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of a fifth language is a plus
- Having authored peer-reviewed publications is a plus
- TEP qualification is a plus
