You act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping narratives across markets and channels. You lead external communications, media relations, and issue management while strengthening employee engagement through internal messaging and performance tracking. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities
- Advise CEO and Executive Committee on positioning, messaging and reputation
- Lead external communications and media relations, building relationships with journalists and stakeholders
- Proactively shape media narratives and manage sensitive topics with disciplined messaging
- Translate complex topics (business, regulatory) into clear, credible messaging
- Ensure consistent communication across markets and provide guidance to key regions
- Own internal communications, ensuring clear, relevant messaging across the organization
- Lead key formats (e.g. town halls) and drive employee engagement
- Oversee issue-related communication as part of broader corporate communications
- Track communication effectiveness using clear KPIs and report to Executive Management
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications in an international environment
- Strong media instincts and judgement with proven experience in external communications and working with journalists
- Ability to anticipate media dynamics, handle sensitive information and ensure disciplined messaging
- Experience advising senior stakeholders in complex or sensitive situations
- Fluency in English and German, French is a plus
- Strategic, hands-on and results-driven with a structured and resilient working style
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI-driven communication management
- Experience in FMCG / food & beverage is a plus
