MANAGER PROCESS ENGINEERING

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Durchführung von Verlust- und Ursachenanalysen sowie Priorisierung und Nachverfolgung der daraus abgeleiteten Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung anhand der Ergebnisse von Verlustanalysen
• Definition, Einführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Center Lines mit dem Ziel einer möglichst verlustfreien Produktion bei minimalem Ausschuss
• Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Standards wie SOPs, OPLs sowie Reinigung-, Inspektions- und Schmierstandards
• Coaching und Unterstützung der Produktionsbereiche bei der Umsetzung von Standards und Best Practices
• Analyse, Koordination und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, Effizienz, Lieferfähigkeit und Kosten
• Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung und weiteren relevanten Fachbereichen
• Teilnahme an täglichen Shopfloor-Meetings sowie Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen
• Förderung einer nachhaltigen Verbesserungs- und Problemlösungskultur im Produktionsumfeld

DEIN PROFIL

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation mit mechanischem oder elektrotechnischem Schwerpunkt
• Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit Schichtbetrieb
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel-, Getränke- oder Verpackungsindustrie
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management, Operational Excellence und kontinuierliche Verbesserung (KVP)
• Praktische Erfahrungen mit Methoden und Werkzeugen wie TPM, PDCA, RCA oder vergleichbaren Problemlösungsansätzen
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coachingfähigkeiten sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
