DEINE AUFGABEN

• Erstellung, Aufbereitung und Abstimmung von Forecasts mit unseren Co-Manufacturing-Partnern zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Produktionskapazitäten
• Überwachung von Kundenaufträgen sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit benötigter Rohstoffe und Materialien
• Steuerung und kontinuierliche Überwachung der Lagerbestände
• Pflege, Analyse und Optimierung relevanter Stammdaten zur Gewährleistung einer bedarfsgerechten Bestandssituation unter Berücksichtigung unserer Bestandsstrategie
• Proaktive Einleitung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der termingerechten Kundenbelieferung
• Disposition von Handelswaren in enger Abstimmung mit der Logistik
• Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und relevanten Schnittstellen entlang der Supply Chain
• Überwachung, Analyse und Steuerung relevanter KPI-Kennzahlen
• Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen zur Steigerung unserer Lieferfähigkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit

DEIN PROFIL

• Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung; alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, im Supply Chain Management oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb eines produzierenden Unternehmens
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in werksübergreifenden Planungsprozessen sowie im Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Sicheres Auftreten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, auch in anspruchsvollen Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungssituationen
• Fähigkeit, bestehende Prozesse konstruktiv zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungspotenziale aktiv voranzutreiben
• Offenheit für Veränderungen, pragmatische Lösungsorientierung und ein flexibles Mindset
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt SAP IBP
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
