Senior Project Manager – CSA Location : Frankfurt, Germany (Site-Based) Salary : Up to €150,000 + Comprehensive Package Relocation and Visa support provided About the Opportunity We are supporting a leading international engineering and construction business delivering complex design and build projects across the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Food and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – CSA to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering some of Europe's most complex mission-critical facilities. The Role Reporting to the Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the CSA scope from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with design, MEP, commissioning and client teams, you will drive programme, quality, safety and commercial performance across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works, including enabling works, groundworks, reinforced concrete, structural steel, façades, roofing, architectural finishes and external works Manage CSA subcontractors from procurement through installation, testing, completion and final handover. Review and evaluate tenders, subcontractor proposals and technical packages. Support pre-construction activities, buildability reviews and value engineering exercises. Coordinate CSA design development, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project programmes. Drive project performance across programme, quality, cost and health
