Your Role & Mission – You will be a key player in defining, developing, and refining our product to meet customer needs and drive the growth of our carbmee EIS™ platform. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap, drive go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product launches. Aufgaben Collaborate with Product Management to define AI-related product features and set development priorities aligned with our sustainability vision and customer needs Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms that power our carbon intelligence platform, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and accuracy Continuously monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency, ensuring best-in-class user experience Work with our data engineering team to ensure data pipelines are robust, secure and capable of supporting AI-driven insights Partner with UX/UI, marketing, and sales teams to translate AI features into user-centric functionality and communicate technical capabilities effectively Establish testing protocols and governance processes, ensuring AI solutions adhere to data privacy and environmental compliance requirements Stay current on advancements in AI and sustainability tech to champion innovation within carbmee\’s product offerings Qualifikation Proven experience in building and deploying AI based solutions, preferably within a SaaS context Proficiency in Python, and optionally Javascript and Typescript, Rust or C++ Familiarity with cloud-based development (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features Experience working with product managers, ideally in a product-facing engineering role Experience in agile environments, adept at sprint planning, scoping and story prioritization Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset Passionate about sustainability, carbon reduction, and the power of technology to drive positive change Benefits Unique & Powerful Mission – join a fast-growing and ambitious tech company that is shaping the future of carbon management and fighting climate change Compensation & Rewards – a steep learning curve and ownership from day one.
