Your Role & Mission – Transform complex B2B challenges into seamless, user-friendly solutions. You’ll take ownership of crafting intuitive designs that empower users, enhance workflows, and drive engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure every design decision aligns with user needs and our vision for innovation. Your tasks

Manage the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.

Create stunning User Interfaces using Figma and high-fidelity prototypes.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input ensuring that our product meets the needs of our customers.

Be the advocate for a user-centred design approach, maintaining a high standard of design quality and ensuring consistency and scalability of our solution.

Work closely with the engineering team and provide design specifications, improve features, and maintain deliverables according to upcoming feature releases.

Actively contribute to our product strategy by bridging together design solutions with business objectives.

Foster a successful collaboration across all teams from Product and Engineering to Customer Success and Solution Engineering.

Bring in your ideas and work in hybrid-first interdisciplinary teams where everyone takes on ownership and responsibility.

Your profile
-
At least 4 years of working experience in product design, with a focus on B2B enterprise software solutions.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency working on desktop applications.

Experience working with and further extending current design systems.

A strong user-centric mindset and a deep understanding of the design process and modern UX principles.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite as well as ticketing solutions and project management tools. We use ClickUp and Miro.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you know how to present and share design decisions to different audiences and stakeholders.

Fluent English skills are a must; German language knowledge is a strong plus!

Solid time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

A supportive team player, with a proactive approach and a collaborative attitude, capable of working in the rapidly changing start-up environment.

Passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision.

Comfortable working in remote-first settings and distributed teams. You can join our diverse and international team in Berlin, Munich, or remotely.
