Human natural lipid and oligosaccharide molecule-based food and health care products, despite being in high customer demand, are currently not available in the market due to the complexity of their synthesis.
CarboCode is a company aspiring to improve human health and wellbeing by making human natural lipid and oligosaccharide molecules widely available. CarboCode’s core capabilities span a variety of technologies, including advanced chemical synthesis, biocatalysis, and biotechnological production.
This exciting position is a great opportunity for you to work for a developer of a wide range of innovative human care and food products, supporting world-class R&D, pilot-scale manufacturing, and commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical support to ensure accurate and timely data to all units;
- Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment;
- Perform chromatography analyses and classical chemistry methods, including titrations, spectrophotometric analyses, and other relevant techniques.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry;
- More than 1 year of experience working in an analytical department;
- Preferably, working knowledge of HS-GC-FID, HPLC-CAD/ELSD;
- Experience in the development of analytical methods (desirable);
- Familiarity with software: Chromeleon, OpenLab, or LabSolutions (desirable);
- English writing and verbal communication skills are essential;
- Independent, structured, and proactive way of working;
- Commitment, flexibility, and reliability;
- Ability to work in an international team and high communication skills.
