Responsible for handling various quality control tasks, including:
- Customer score card / RBA controlee: managing PRFQ and MRFQ to meet due dates and achieve a 100% score with Japan and the general quality audit (RBA) team.
- Local business support 1: handling modification quality, conducting risk assessments, and resolving issues with Japan factory and engineers.
- Local business support 2: handling tool quality before, during, and after installation, including risk assessments and quality meetings with customers and Japan teams.
- Local business support 3: managing industrial robot refurbishment, improving robot quality, and promoting new refurbishment business to customers.
- Customer’s Quality claim controlee: managing official quality complaints from customers and creating 8D reports with Japan.
- SEDE safety and quality working controlee: conducting SMWA at IMEC and quality audits at each site to improve working quality and prevent human error.
- Resolving technical and communication issues between Japan and local teams, including facilitating meetings and mediating discussions.
- Maintaining technical documents quality, including updating and translating documents for global use.
Requirements include:
- Experience with TQM, ISO, 5S, and Intel safety and quality standards.
- Strong understanding of general quality and customer satisfaction principles.
- Ability to ensure no quality issues in various fields, including technical, work, and tools.
- Business-level English and Japanese language skills are mandatory.
