Our client is a Japanese trading company specialized in machine tool in Stuttgart.
As part of their strategic growth, they are looking for a Field Service Engineer (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Repair and inspection of machines delivered to customers.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a technician, mechanical engineer or a comparable training.
- Several years of experience in the field of machine tool.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
- High willingness to travel.
- Independent and structured way of working.
