Our client is a global Japanese automotive business. They are currently looking for a new Sales Coordinator member for their Stuttgart office.
Responsibilities:
- Order management, system input
- Import/Export documentation
- Shipping coordination from factory to customers
- Supply management
- Monitor shipping, payment, etc.
- Invoice issue
- Office support tasks – general affairs related tasks also
Qualifications:
- English proficiency at a business level is required. (Proficiency in Japanese or German is a plus.)
- 1-2 years of logistics coordination experience
- Ability to take initiative and act independently
- Willingness to learn new things proactively
