We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to serve as the trusted partner to a portfolio of strategic customers. This is a relationship-driven role intended for someone who enjoys understanding customer challenges, providing technical guidance, and building long-term partnerships. Rather than focusing on high-volume sales activity, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with internal teams across production, operations, procurement, finance, and business development to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism throughout the customer journey.
