With a significant project pipeline moving into financing and construction, this is a rare opportunity to step into the lead finance seat and play a central role in some of the most consequential renewable energy transactions in the country. The Role This is a step-up opportunity for a senior finance professional ready to move into a Head of Corporate Finance position. You will own the full finance function, lead project finance processes through to financial close, and work directly alongside the founding leadership team. You will have two direct reports and broad responsibility across project finance, financial operations and business development. Key Responsibilities Project Finance Lead project finance processes for major renewable energy assets through to financial close Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models across project finance, equity raises and revenue support bids Manage financial due diligence across legal, technical and commercial workstreams Negotiate and execute financing agreements across debt and equity structures Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors and advisors Review project contracts including construction, offtake, connection and land agreements, presenting key risks to management Support preparation of investment papers, board presentations and financing documentation Financial Operations
