Support the Executive Director, Service Transformation to facilitate and maintain effective program governance settings, including through overseeing the development of position papers and recommendations to the Business Design Authority (BDA), ensuring practice design decisions are genuinely transformative and fully compliant with the accountable operational area's design authority and decisions made within agreed turnaround commitments. Develop and sustain the departmental and cross-agency relationships required for the program to operate effectively, both within the department and externally with central agencies and other partner departments.
