The National Security TAFE Centre of Excellence builds knowledge, skills, and processes to develop Australia's sovereign capability and ensure its capacity to build sovereign manufacturing, digital and technology capabilities, and enhance and protect Australia's national security. As Education Manager (EMB), you will lead the education and product development functions of the Centre, including applied research activities. You will ensure industry‐informed training solutions meet vocational education and training compliance and quality requirements and model good teaching and learning practices. Bring Your Skills and Passion Demonstrated educational leadership, strategic planning capability, interpersonal liaison and negotiating skills, encouraging consultation and participative decision‐making. Proven ability to manage, monitor, evaluate, improve and report on the productivity and performance of designated educational workgroups. Demonstrated ability to implement sound Human Resource Management policies and processes at both individual and organisational levels. Demonstrated ability to drive the continuous improvement of an educational program, product and service in accordance with ASQA requirements. Demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate with other training providers, schools, universities, other government agencies, private training providers and industry.
