This role is responsible for operational performance, profitability, business growth, client satisfaction, and strategic direction across all divisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all Mining and Civil Construction operations across the Pilbara region. Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of mining civil projects. Manage project execution, mobilisation, fleet utilisation, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance. Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements, and project delivery outcomes. Support tendering activities, contract management, and business development opportunities.
