Opportunity An exciting new Dining Precinct at Brisbane Airport is on the horizon, with a collection of vibrant new venue openings scheduled between December 2026 and January 2027.

We will bring together a range of unique food and beverage concepts – each with its own identity, energy and guest experience – creating a standout destination for travellers and locals alike.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is ready to step into a pivotal leadership role and play a key part in shaping and leading multiple venues during this exciting period of growth.

The Role As Operations Manager, you will take the lead across a portfolio of venues within our new Dining Precinct, each offering a distinct concept and style.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded hospitality leader who thrives in multi‐venue environments and brings experience across diverse service styles.

You will be responsible for driving end‐to‐end performance, setting the direction for operational excellence, team capability and exceptional guest experiences.

With a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands‐on leadership, you will play a key role in bringing these venues to life—building high‐performing teams, embedding strong leadership practices and creating a culture defined by accountability, collaboration and pride.
