This role oversees workforce deployment, service transitions, and day-to-day operations while driving high standards of quality, safety, and governance. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will optimise service delivery models, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance across all care environments. The role also plays a key part in monitoring performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement, and providing insights to leadership. As a people leader, you will build capability across Team Leaders and frontline staff, fostering a high-performing, accountable, and supportive team culture. About You Proven experience in care services operations (NDIS, Aged Care or Community Services) Strong leadership capability managing dispersed teams Understanding of compliance, risk and governance frameworks Commercial and performance-focused mindset Data-driven decision maker Passion for safe, person-centered care Essential Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or a related field, providing a foundation in person-centered practice and service.
