Prodct Management

• Yo are responsible for managing and continosly developing the prodct portfolio, identifying growth opportnities and driving portfolio optimization
• Prodct lifecycle activities, inclding prodct lanches and phase-ots, are coordinated by yo in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders
• By identifying opportnities to improve bsiness processes and workflows, yo actively contribte to their continos optimization.
• Yo ensre that prodct-related docmentation and relevant bsiness records are maintained accrately and consistently.

Project Management

• Yo coordinate cross-fnctional projects and implementation activities, fostering effective collaboration across Operations, Spply Chain, Sales, Technical and Global teams
• The deployment and continos improvement of digital soltions and related services are key areas where yo actively contribte
• By monitoring project milestones, risks, actions and deliverables, yo ensre timely exection while maintaining relevant project docmentation
• Yo organize workshops and stakeholder meetings, spport management reporting and decision-making, and promote knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across teams

What makes yo great

• Yo hold a niversity degree in Bsiness Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Economics or a related discipline
• Yo have experience in Prodct Management, Project Management or Bsiness Process Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable yo to identify challenges and contribte to effective soltions and process improvements
• Working with mltiple stakeholders in an international matrix organization comes natrally to yo, inclding the coordination of cross-fnctional and virtal teams
• Excellent commnication and organizational skills help yo manage different priorities and collaborate effectively across fnctions
• Yo are flent in German and English and commnicate confidently in an international bsiness environment
• Ideally, yo have experience in indstrial gases, healthcare or related indstries and are familiar with digital soltions, process optimization and bsiness analytics
