As the company grows, thedemands on technical organization, standardization, certifications, and scalability continue toincrease.To support this next phase, we are establishing the position of Head of Technology &Engineering.As CARGOMETER's highest technical authority and a member of the Management Team, youwill take overall responsibility for the company's technical organization. In close collaborationwith the other Managing Directors, you will define CARGOMETER's technological direction andestablish the organizational foundations required to support the company's continued growth.You will lead an interdisciplinary team spanning Computer Vision, Software Engineering,Hardware Engineering, Backend Development, and DevOps.
