Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.
Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
We are looking for our office in Berlin as soon as possible for you as IT Specialist – Retail (m/f/x) .
Your Responsibilities:
- Management of Retail IT Projects
- Coordination of Tasks with external Partners
- Support of Store Openings in an IT-Context
- Support, analyze and optimize business processes
- Categorization and processing of inquiries and error messages
- Cause analysis and timely problem solving
- Setup and management of roles, rights, and master data
- Support our external service provider during tests and rollouts
Your Profile:
- Completed training as IT specialist in application development or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in support & operations of an ERP system
- Very good knowledge in process management
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS SQL or comparable products
- Retail knowledge would be a plus
- Very good understanding of business processes
- Fast learner, high motivation and willingness to learn
- Independent and committed work
- Fluent in German and very good English skills (every further language is warmly welcomed)
