In your role you get first-hand experience in our project UX and HMI concepts for ADAS/AD.You will be an integral part of the team that works on the interface of the ADAS/AD to the driver. It develops, tests and specifies HMI as a "white label” design to be applicated by the brands of the VW group later on. It is a divers team of engineers and psychologists, working in close relationship with the technical developers of the systems and the brands to implement these systems in the cars.WHAT YOU WILL DO Create and optimize UX-interaction flows for ADAS Do rough designs/prototypes for UX-testing and integrate them on-site in simulatorCreate UI screens for ADAS HMI conceptsRequirement specification for proven ADAS UX conceptsLiterature & Benchmark research as well as creation of slide decks for HMI concept presentationsSupport in organizing and preparing UX workshops/meetingsWHO YOU ARE Enrolled student in the area of Psychology, Ergonomics or equivalent field (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)Good to very good designing skills with Figma and Microsoft PowerpointVery good English and German language skillsGood analytical understanding and ability to simplify complex processesStrong Empathy with users e.g.
