Having you in our team, you will unfold expertise in customer-centric software development for infotainment in the car, mobile and beyond.WHAT YOU WILL DO Disciplinary and technical management of the organizational unit (OU-2) “Testing & Integration”Lead the overall Testing & Integration approach for all Interior, Infotainment & Digital Experience solutionsOversee system release planning, testing strategy definition and execution, and quality assurance for all deliverables within the scope of IIXEnsure adherence to integration and testing deadlines while managing risks and resolving deviations from targetsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations in testing and software development processesDevelop and maintain a state-of-the-art test infrastructure to support efficient functional testing, performance/stress testing and integration across multiple platforms WHO YOU ARE University degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years of experience in software development or testing and integration roles in the field of infotainment or consumer electronicsDeep technical knowledge and understanding of the entire hardware/software development lifecycle within the automotive industryDeep knowledge of modern CI/CD, test automation and agile development methodologyDetailed knowledge of functional testing (including data-driven AI products), performance and stress testing technologyExperience managing a testing and validation team to integrate and release infotainment solutions for automotive OEMs in production vehiclesExperience with OEM development and release processes and associated processes and tools, e.g. Homologation, Diagnostics, Hardware-in-the-Loop TestingDemonstrated experience leading cross functional teams to quickly solve complex issues Proven experience delivering complex projects in short timelines Excellent written and verbal skills in German and English; able to communicate with all parts of the organization including Delivery Units and BrandsHigh level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex NICE TO KNOW Remote work optionsTemporary work from abroad in selected countriesFlextime / optional working hoursCompany pension planAnnual professional developmentSabbatical option up to 6 months30 days paid + 10 days unpaid leavePossibility for VW Group car leasingIf you have further questions about the candidate journey at CARIAD, please contact us: YOUR RECRUITING CONTACTNathalie Giebelhausen - this job offer
