We work in close collaboration with global R&D centers, hardware teams, and platform architects to deliver integrated solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and safety.WHAT YOU WILL DOLead the design, development, testing, and integration of embedded software components within a large-scale organization of approximately 200 software engineers, system architects, and domain expertsDefine and implement comprehensive test strategies across the entire software development lifecycle, including unit, integration, and system-level testingDrive key architectural decisions and ensure alignment with overarching platform strategies and technical requirementsCollaborate with internal and Group-wide stakeholders across hardware, systems, and validation domains to deliver robust, end-to-end software solutionsDrive modern software engineering practices such as model-based development, continuous integration, and adherence to functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262)Contribute to the strategic roadmap for software development, testing & integration across multiple product lines and platformsMentor and guide cross-functional development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvementPromote agile leadership principles and act as a role model for your team and the broader organizationWHO YOU AREUniversity degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field10+ years of professional experiencein embedded software development and testing, preferably in the automotive domainAt least 8+ years of disciplinary leadership, including managing cross-functional teams and complex software projectsDeep knowledge of C / C++, real-time systems, and automotive software standards (e.g., AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, ASPICE)Strong background in software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworksStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong intercultural skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders worldwideExcellent communication skills in English and German #J-18808-Ljbffr
