Your Role

• Gather and structure requirements, and develop professional solutions in close collaboration with specialists.
• Lead and coordinate security projects, ensuring their targeted execution; this applies to both specific security domains and cross-functional projects.
• Integrate internal and external resources into projects and coordinate work activities.
• Create project plans, and track and take responsibility for schedules and costs; monitor interim results and initiate necessary corrective measures.
• Provide functional leadership to staff assigned to the projects.
• Ensure project progress and provide regular, structured reports to management.
• Actively participate in prioritizing projects and resources within the framework of project portfolio management.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (ideally specializing in Cyber Security or IT Security), Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have at least five years of professional experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
• You have experience leading complex projects, preferably in the IT or security sector.
• You possess excellent, practically proven skills in project management and multi-project management.
• You are motivated to contribute to the implementation of demanding security objectives and to familiarize yourself with relevant specialist areas.
• You demonstrate a structured approach, analytical thinking skills, and a quick grasp of new concepts.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Very good German and English language skills round out your profile.
