Digital @ SMT’s mission is to foster innovation and to drive efficiency @ SMT through digital projects and the coordination of digital content. From a common +DATA platform over Machine Learning to GenAI use cases for personal productivity.
Your Role
- Challenge and refine with the program leadership the What-Why-How change story for the Digital @ SMT transformation.
- Refine and implement the Digital @ SMT’s change management strategy based on a updated stakeholder analysis incl. change impact and readiness analysis.
- Propose, agree, orchestrate and implement appropriate change measures within the ADKAR framework to engage stakeholders and to maximize and sustain adoption.
- Hands-on delivery of Roadshows and other formats.
- Engage the network of Key Users and Multipliers for Digital @ SMT across the organization.
- Obtain feedback from the organization, measure adoption, compliance as well as impact / outcome; Refine change management plan accordingly; Escalate where necessary.
- Align the approach for Change Management in Digital @ SMT with the Change Managers in other SMT programs.
Your Profile
- Academic degree (ideally Master) in Business Administration & Engineering, Communications, Social Sciences, Psychology or related fields of study with a focus on change management, organizational development, and organizational communications.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in change and project management.
- History of "human centered change and training" programs in context of digital transformation.
- Experience in collaboration in matrix organizations; Preferably good understanding of ZEISS culture and organization.
- Strong communication skills, structured way of working, confident and friendly appearance, passionate and enthusiastic about delivering human centered change and training.
- Fluent in German and English.
