Daily Tasks

• Identify and combine different learning resources to define targeted learning paths and support structured and focused learning within the diconium data units.
• Work closely with the data unit leaders to ensure that our personal development program meets the strategic needs of the business as well as the personal development goals of our employees.
• Align our personal development program with our internal career development paths and be responsible for continuous adjustments.
• Drive, design, and deliver suitable data-related learning experiences in different learning formats (i.e., classroom, virtual, or other).
• Own the personal development process within diconium data including the tooling for documentation and communication.
• Evaluate our existing learning strategy and programs (data related competencies as well as general competencies).
• Define a data literacy strategy program and design data-related workshops for our clients.
• Consult our clients about training programs on how to use data and tools, considering the maturity level of each organization.
