Your Responsibilities

• Data control and approval in InspHire and SAP
• Customer consultation and technician – proposal creation
• Construction site coordination and commercial oversight of order progress
• Ensure smooth and timely processing of Rental Systems orders and documentation
• First point of contact for the Rental Back-Office regarding material or job inquiries
• Support internal processes within Germany
• Define, organize, and monitor resources (material and personnel) for timely order completion in collaboration with dispatch and purchasing
• Conduct site visits as necessary
• Support the achievement of EHS goals

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Experience in project processing and monitoring is advantageous
• Experience in supplier and customer support required
• High degree of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and mobility
• Structured, process-oriented work style and solution-oriented, independent action
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office required; InspHire is a plus
• English skills are advantageous
