Carrot Recruitment is exclusively partnering with an international life sciences consultancy seeking a commercially driven Senior Director to expand its Real World Evidence (RWE) business across Europe.
With an established European presence across France, Germany and the Nordics in particular, the business is looking to develop new relationships with global pharmaceutical organisations, particularly through their Swiss and UK headquarters.
You’ll build on an established scientific platform, working with experienced colleagues across RWE, HEOR, Market Access and Regulatory Affairs to develop strategic client relationships and win complex European evidence generation programmes.
The Role
This is a senior, commercially focused position offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence European growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Opening new pharmaceutical accounts and developing senior client relationships.
- Identifying, shaping and winning high-value RWE opportunities.
- Working with scientific teams to develop sophisticated, multi-country evidence solutions.
- Bringing together expertise across the wider group to support commercial growth.
- Influencing commercial strategy and providing senior oversight of key client engagements.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A successful track record of winning business within RWE, HEOR or related evidence generation services.
- Established pharmaceutical industry relationships, ideally at European or global HQ level based out of Switzerland or the UK.
- The technical credibility to discuss complex RWE solutions and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- An entrepreneurial, commercially minded approach and the ambition to help grow a European business.
