Responsibilities:
- Answer guest questions and marketing calls
- Produce event sheets, tracking reports, badge lists, and other production materials
- Promote features of the players club and assist in slot promotions
- Assist with hosting casino promotions
- Produce events such as tournaments and special event parties
- Interact and communicate with departments relating to special events
