Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of let residential properties across the full tenancy cycle, from check-in to check-out, to support growth and meet targets. You will work within the Oxford Residential Property Management team, collaborating with a large office to deliver compliant, customer-focused service. The role combines hands-on tenancy administration with landlord relationship management, property upkeep, and timely re-lets to maximise landlord income. It offers hybrid working one day per week and a competitive benefits package.
Pay / Benefits
- Administer the management of let residential properties, handling tenancy issues, repairs, check-ins/outs, and deposit returns.
- Conduct 6-monthly property inspections and notify landlords/tenants of required actions.
- Manage landlord relationships and report maintenance and accounts matters.
- Identify and coordinate property upgrades/refurbishment and between-tenancy work including dilapidations to enable timely re-lets.
- Maintain knowledge of compliance information and ensure standards across properties.
- Assist in managing properties owned by institutional landlords, ensuring their investment goals and compliance requirements are met.
- Tasks Proven knowledge of the property industry from a prior property management or similar role.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong administration, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, be confident and personable, and work well in a team.
- Numerate with strong written and verbal communication.
- Driving licence is essential.
