Our Maison is constantly developing its offer in order to better serve its clients and to further improve its brand value perception. Long time changes as well as punctual initiatives have a strong impact on our supply chain, including on the distribution side. /p pAs a key member of the Cartier Spare Parts Operations team, the distribution planner is responsible of the worldwide spare parts availability. /p pIn this wide and demanding position, both hands-on and project-oriented, you will be responsible for deploying spare parts stocks all over the world, working closely with our different markets. /p pYour core objectives will be to enable the Maison to meet its service objectives while meeting our targeted stocks level. /p h3HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? /h3 h3Size market target stock level /h3 ul liDefine the safety stock level of the distribution platforms and boutiques worldwide based on past consumptions and expected evolution /li liConsider market feedback, product supply situation and special initiatives. /li liCommunicate with markets on the current and projected availability. /li /ul h3Define and implement the distribution model of the future /h3 ul liTake part in the conception of the future distribution model /li liAnalyse current product flows and suggest improvements /li liBe involved in the cutover periods and tests phases /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 ul liMaintain existing reports to follow worldwide stock and shortage situation /li liTake the necessary action to reduce the level of shortages. /li liImprove and develop our Dashboards /li /ul h3Project management /h3 ul liChallenge actual process, methods and tools /li liMake required analyses and diagnostics /li liIdentify action plans /li liImplement solutions /li liFollow project progress /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liYou hold a Master's degree in Engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, business administration or any equivalent diploma (major in supply chain a plus) /li liYou have robust analytical skills and you easily analyse and work with Data and Information Systems. You are organized and you are working with accuracy /li liStrong Expertise in Excel and experience with Power BI.
